How We Work
Equally important to the excellent services that we provide is how the services are provided. You can trust that all dealings with us will be efficient, friendly and simple – just as you would expect them to be, as we are here to help you, not add another stress to your life.
Here is how we work:
- Contact us:
- A concierge will contact you as soon as we receive the client profile.
- Decide whether you want to use our services a la carte or sign up for a monthly membership.
- A concierge will fulfill your request.
- Payment for service will be due upon completion or hours will be deducted from monthly membership account.
À la Carte Prices (Per any (one) choice of Service)
• Personal Assistant Service - $20/hour
• Seniors will always receive a customary discount of 20% off all regularly priced services.
(There is a minimum of a one hour charge for all services completed)
General Pricing policies:
- Local mileage (less than 20 miles) is included in standard rates.
- Mileage required for out-of-the-area events or activities, where applicable, will be charged at $0.50 per mile.
- Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left until the requested task is completed.
- Cost of any purchases is NOT included in hourly rate.
- All additional service charges incurred such as dry cleaning, groceries or tickets will be due upon completion of service. Larger fees (over $100) will be required in advance with a check made out to providing business, retainer funds, or credit card access.
- $25 fee will be assessed for returned checks in addition to fees/charges imposed by banking institution.
- Services that are canceled late or unable to be performed due to lack of access or other client caused issue will be billed at normal rates.
- Jobs requiring two people (ie. Large parties/Special events) are billed at double time.
